We spend our lives trying to make stories of our lives.  Films and novels help us to do this; if they have clear storytelling that enraptures us we love them  But often they don’t

This is very often because there is no big question the film is trying to answer, and also no one has worked out the small question that each scene is trying to answer (which should only be there if it is contributing to the big question)

Continue working on the exact working of this question right through the film making process.
